OUT OF HOURS

When the surgery is closed an out-of-hours service is available by telephoning 03 000 333 333 (High Street Surgery also holds this number if you forget it). This service is for urgent matters only. The duty doctor will provide the necessary advice and decide if a visit is required.

DISABLED ACCESS

Car parking spaces for the disabled are situated at the rear of the surgery. Wheelchair access to the building is via the rear entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients' WC is provided near the rear entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
