Would you like to have your say about the services provided at the High Street Surgery?

Please join our Patient Representation Group. We would like to be able to contact you occasionally because we are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you- we can only do this with your help. All communications will be kept to a minimum and will only take up to a few moments of you time. Feedback will be either by email or by post.

OUT OF HOURS

When the surgery is closed an out-of-hours service is available by telephoning the High Street Surgery number (01992 642446) whereupon you will be advised of the emergency telephone number. This service is for urgent matters only. The duty doctor will provide the necessary advice and decide if a visit is required.

DISABLED ACCESS

Car parking spaces for the disabled are situated at the rear of the surgery. Wheelchair access to the building is via the rear entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients' WC is provided near the rear entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
