Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We require two full working days' (not including Thursday) notice for your repeat prescription. Please make your request using the detachable slip of paper provided with your last prescription. Repeat prescriptions are only issued by telephone for disabled or housebound patients. This procedure is operated by the surgery to give equal and effective service to all patients.
